Welcome to a Jollydog Designs, where returns are rarer than a cat who enjoys bath time. Here’s the scoop:

The "It's Your Furever" Policy

  • All of our products are made-to-order, just for you, like a custom collar for your inner quirky animal. So, once it’s made, there’s no turning back (just like your pet’s unconditional love).
  • No returns or exchanges—each item is as unique as your pet’s weirdest habit. 
  • All sales are final. Think of it like adopting a pet: you're in it for the long haul, for better or for worse (but with more awesome graphic tees and fewer chewed shoes).

Whoa, That’s Not Right: Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re not perfect (who is, right?), but if your item shows up looking like it went through a squirrel chase or if we sent you the wrong thing, let’s fix it:

  1. Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at jollydogdesignsstudio@gmail.com.
  2. Send us clear photos of the damage or wrong item. 🐾
  3. Include your order number and a quick description of what’s up.
  4. If we find out the mistake was on our end, we’ll make it right with all the tail-wagging enthusiasm we can muster.

A Little Legal Leash: The Fine Print

By placing an order, you’re agreeing to this policy—kinda like signing a treat treaty. 🍖

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, so make sure you’re extra excited about your purchase.
  • No returns for "oops, I changed my mind", size issues, or "this doesn't match my pet's vibe." (Pets have very high standards, but we’re not taking those back either.)
  • Our products are like family—you're stuck with them, quirks and all. (And let’s be honest, they’re way cooler than your average family!)

Non-Returnable Items (Because Some Things Are Just Too Precious to Let Go)

  • Custom or personalized items (they’re like pet names—special and unique!)
  • Perishable goods (okay, we don’t sell these, but if we did, we wouldn’t let you return them!)
  • Personal care items (unless your cat decides it’s their new favorite scratch pad)
  • Hazardous materials (just our products' fierce style, no worries here!)

A Note About Our Process

Every item is made just for you once you order, so it might take a little extra time to get to you (but think of it like waiting for your pet to finally come inside after an adventure). By making things on demand instead of in bulk, we’re helping reduce overproduction—so thanks for being paws-itively thoughtful!

For Our EU Customers 

We know EU law gives you a 14-day cooling-off period, but since our items are custom-made, once your order is placed, we’re already crafting your one-of-a-kind piece. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. 🐕
